Infertility
Infertility sucks. I have personally lived it. Through that experience my passion is supporting women and couples as they navigate reproductive options and choices and helping them to manage the impact of infertility in their life.
I will walk with you through you through your treatment cycle and create therapy around how you are experiencing and impacted by treatment from getting your treatment plan to your first beta and beyond. What does infertility therapy look like:
We will discuss where you are in journey, your reproductive history, and your relationship with infertility as well as major events in your life history before infertility.
I will explore with you feeling that may be coming up such as trauma, sadness, grief, or anger and help process and address these feelings.
We can touch on specific concerns such as reproductive decision making, relationship conflicts, discussing infertility with family, friends, and children. As well as navigating baby showers, social media announcements and other events that may bring up difficult emotions.
We will identify what parts of infertility feel the hardest and work together to find the best tools for stress management and coping, information, and resources.
